It is great as a dip or spread for veggies and crackers. It is also great in mashed potatoes. We have a mashed potato recipe that uses Boursin cheese and it is so delicious! You can find that recipe on our Instagram. Our favorite way to use it though, has to be in this pasta!

We love a short ingredient list and this recipe has just that! A dish does not need a long ingredient list to be packed with flavor! Most of the flavor in this dish comes from the star of the recipe, the Boursin.

Boneless Skinless Chicken breast- you could substitute the chicken for salmon or shrimp

Boursin cheese- we used the garlic and herb flavor

Pasta of choice- the fusilli col buco noodles we used are so fun! If you can find these you should try them! If not, use any pasta you desire!

Shallots

Garlic

White wine- if you don’t typically have white wine on hand but enjoy cooking with it we recommend keeping this in your pantry. The white wine adds such good flavor to the dish but you can always use chicken broth instead.

Lemon
