Garlic bread and quesadillas are each so delicious on their own, but we combined them in our sheet pan garlic bread quesadilla. The results were insanely good! We also included parmesan seasoned chicken and dip them in marinara sauce. You are going to want to add these to your regular meal rotation! If you love an easy sheet pan meal you should also try our sheet pan cashew chicken.

How to Assemble a Sheet Pan Quesadilla

I love making quesadillas for my family as an easy weeknight dinner. Before I discovered sheet pan quesadillas I would have to make single quesadillas for each family member. It is so much easier to make one giant one. This way we can all eat at the same time, and I don’t have to stand in front of the quesadilla maker making several single quesadillas.

First, you will want to make the garlic spread and spread it onto one side of ten flour taco sized tortillas. Next lay the tortillas on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Start by laying two in the center and then lay two on each side of the center tortillas overlapping slightly. Lay one on top and on the bottom in the center of the pan. Use the photos below as a reference or watch or video here to see assembly. Once eight of the tortillas are laid out top them with chicken and a generous amount of cheese.

After the chicken and cheese are on lay two tortillas on top in the center. Finally fold the tortillas on the top and bottom in and then tortillas on the side to cover the filling. Use a pastry brush to spread melted butter on top, and it is ready to bake! Place another sheet pan on top of the quesadilla before baking to help hold it together.

Remove the pan from the top after baking for 20 mins. Brush with melted butter and top with more cheese and Italian seasoning. Return to the oven to melt the cheese.
